  • Familiarity matters.  Ideally we place clients with carriers where we maintain relationships with the company officers and claims staff.  We believe that “mass marketing” an account to merely seek out the low bidder is a disaster waiting to happen.

  • Face to face matters.  For 10 years we have invested in extensive travel and staffing to provide out accounts with unique access to both us an if needed the carriers they entrusted their business to.

  • Compliance matters.  We continually monitor the requirements put upon us as an agency active in over 40 states in an effort to “practice what we preach” and to ensure that we will be here for our clients in the years to come.  This should be commonplace in today’s world of commerce, but with the complexities of the various state insurance laws it often is not.
